This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you create an account: your name, email address and telephone number.
- When you place an order: your delivery and billing addresses, and your GSTIN and company name if you supply them.
- When you pay: nothing. Payments are handled by our payment provider and we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- When you browse: ordinary web server records, and a cookie that remembers your basket.
Why we hold it
To take and deliver your order, to issue a tax invoice, to answer you when you contact us, and to keep the records that tax law requires us to keep. We do not use it for anything else.
Who we share it with
- The courier delivering your order — your name, address and telephone number, because a parcel cannot be delivered without them.
- Our payment provider, to take the payment.
- Government authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Your account is kept until you ask us to close it.
Your choices
You can see and correct your details from My Account at any time. To have your account closed, contact us using the details on the Contact Us page. Records we are legally required to retain will be kept even after an account is closed.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and passwords are stored hashed, never in a form anybody can read. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold payment details, which is the information most worth stealing.
