These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before ordering.
Who you are buying from
This website is operated by Topkko Tools. Our registered address and contact details are on the Contact Us page.
Prices and tax
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. The tax component is itemised on your invoice.
- A tax invoice is issued for every confirmed order and is available from your account.
- If you supply a GSTIN at checkout it is printed on the invoice so your business can claim input credit. It cannot be added after the invoice is issued.
- Prices may change at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Placing an order
- Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. Stock is held briefly once you reach the payment step, and released if payment is not completed.
- Your order is confirmed when payment is received, or immediately if you choose cash on delivery.
- We may decline or cancel an order — if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, and you have already paid, you are refunded in full.
Product information
We describe the tools we sell as accurately as we can, and specifications are taken from the manufacturer. Photographs are illustrative; accessories shown are not included unless listed in the specification. Where a manufacturer changes a specification without notice, the goods supplied are the current version.
Warranty
Warranty is provided by the manufacturer and its length is stated on each product page. It covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover consumable parts, physical damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, or use on an incorrect supply voltage.
Our liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of production, or any indirect loss arising from the use of a tool bought here. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
