Where we deliver
We deliver across India. We do not ship internationally at present.
What delivery costs
- Free delivery on prepaid orders over ₹5,000.
- Below that, a flat charge of ₹100 applies.
- There is no extra charge for choosing cash on delivery.
- The delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders confirmed on a working day are usually dispatched within one to two working days.
- Delivery normally takes a further two to seven working days, depending on where you are.
- Items marked made to order are brought in for you and take longer. We will tell you how long when you order.
- These are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the courier its progress is out of our hands.
Tracking
You will be emailed the courier name and tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can see them on the order in your account at any time.
When it arrives
- Please check the parcel before accepting it. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, either refuse it or note the damage with the delivery agent.
- If nobody is available, the courier will normally try again. After repeated failed attempts the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you.
- An incorrect or incomplete address is the most common cause of a failed delivery. Please check yours before ordering.
Cash on delivery
Please have the exact amount ready. Delivery agents do not always carry change, and the parcel cannot be opened before payment.
